Hosting and Domain Responsibilities
Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for the ownership and renewal of their own domain names and hosting accounts.
Maintenance and Support
Ongoing maintenance and support are offered as a separate, optional service and are not included by default unless specifically agreed.
Warranties
Services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. No specific business outcome, ranking, or result is guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JENCREST's liability for any claim relating to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with terms agreed at the start of a project. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

Governing Law
